Several of our most senior people have MBA’s; have owned and run investment banks and private equity firms; have bought and sold several of their own businesses; have marketed, brokered, and negotiated the sale of companies worth more than $200 million US dollars all the way down to smaller businesses worth only a few hundred thousand dollars. As several of us have sold foreign businesses to foreign buyers and domestic businesses to both foreign and domestic buyers, we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience. A few of us started in the business brokerage and merger & acquisition business back in the 1980’s and have a strong track record of success and experience.
